Chicago Classical Music is a new blog with a really interesting structure. It focuses on classical music news and events for the Chicagoland area, and several bloggers regularly contribute content. Groups covered include the Ravinia Festival, Music of the Baroque, Elgin Symphony, and many other ensembles. This is a great resource for fans of classical music. John Ryan, the personnel manager of Music of the Baroque (and former personnel manager for the Elgin Symphony), has contributed many posts to this blog. Check out John’s posts here.
