Here’s a close-up of the tailpiece with the distinctive inlay. Check out how much larger my Jakstadt is than the Karr-Koussevitzky! I will be playing a recital on this notable bass in two weeks (Tuesday, June 6, 7:30 p.m. at NEIU in Chicago). I picked the bass up yesterday.
