Hilarious and painful at the same time! Love it. Well, I feel bad for the student. I can't imagine he kept taking lessons from that teacher. Ugh!

I was on an audition committee once and the tuba player committee member showed up with his dog, a scratchy old hound dog. The dog was pretty quiet for the first 3 candidates or so then the inevitable, the dog started howling at the the candidate's performance. I can't remember the instrument we were listening to that day - maybe the dog can. Another committee member showed up and the tuba player and his dog went home. True Story. Tuba player resides in Orlando FL to this day - with the same dog.
