I have adjuncted and tutored through and after finishing grad school. I have disliked my job since I started because of poor management, capriciously changing rules, and poor working conditions. I had dealt with severe depression and thankfully been able to cut my hours so I have time to recover from the toxicity and define my future steps and goals.
