They hire the principals for each section (I&#039;m not really sure how this process works, but you can email the guy in charge of auditions) and there&#039;s no age limit. The principals they hire for each section are professionals, and I&#039;m pretty sure everything is paid for them. It seems like a pretty sweet deal.</description>

		<description>AIMS was the best time ever. Not really in the musical sense, as your main job is to accompany singers, but you do get to play some good music, and Graz is fantastic.</description>
