its great to hear about your point of view on conservatory life these days.

i had many of these questions when i entered as a freshmen too. still, many of these questions like 'is it worth it' and 'am i talented enough' etc still is true today.

i'd say, just live for the music and for the moment, and hope we can all share what we hold so dear to us with others in this world.
