Interview with Ira Gold this weekend and Greg Sarchet next weekend


I am busy editing the next installment of the Contrabass Conversations interview with National Symphony Orchestra double bassist Ira Gold. It will be released this weekend, and it should prove to be very interesting and informative.

I also did an interview yesterday with Lyric Opera of Chicago and Northeastern Illinois University double bassist Greg Sarchet. This was a great interview with a lot of interesting content, and I will be putting this material out the following weekend.

Additionally, I am going to be transferring a handsome amount of audio and video material from Greg featuring various performances of double bassist Miloslav Gajdoš. This footage is really amazing, and I know that blog readers will be very interested in checking this material out. Expect to see a lot of Miloslav Gajdoš on both the blog and the podcast in the near future!
