DePaul University student Brandon Mitchell is seen here performing the first movement to the Bottesini Concerto. I have several videos of Brandon in the blog queue, and most of them don’t have the unfortunate stand placement that this one does. Great job, Brandon!

Brandon also left a very perceptive comment on my article Advice for Aspiring Music Performance Majors. High school students looking to enter the music performance industry might find it very interesting to hear the perspective of a performer who is wrapping up an undergraduate performance degree.
