I find some of the points made by Michael to be helpful, especially those regarding playing in the orchestra and going for auditions.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I am a visual learner as compared to an auditory learner. As such, I would prefer either having audio podcast that are short, i.e. no longer than 10 minutes. Otherwise, I would prefer to read than to listen.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I heard you are considering to use video. Keep it short too. I find video which are longer than 15 minutes too much for online viewing. If the interview is long, it helps by breaking the interview into smaller segments.</description>
