		<description>I saw this in the Trib. It is nice to see some corporations and philanthropies throw some money into support for jazz and it certainly was too long in coming. But Reich&#039;s observation about the disparity in monetary support between jazz and other cultural institutions like the CSO is a bit naive. Jazz has always been a cultural step-child, unfortunately, and the Chicago Jazz Partnership is not about to change that any time soon.</description>
