Jason Heath’s Double Bass Blog

Double bassist Kells Nollenberger took this shot of me while interviewing Time for Three bassist Ranaan Meyer for this week’s Contrabass Conversations podcast. I’m doing a conference call over Skype with bassist John Grillo and Ranaan, and recording the whole thing with HotRecorder:

I’ve got my earbuds in while doing this interview, and Kells is listening in on my Sony studio headphones. I’m using a Sony ECM-S957 stereo mic and a Griffin iMic as an external sound card. You can see an older Dell desktop in the background. Anyone care to venture a guess on what kind of laptop I’m using? Mac? PC?
