Sometimes double bass playing works up a sweat

In the summer, I usually carry around a couple of towels to mop up sweat and keep the varnish from getting sticky. Playing the Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina in 90 degree weather and hauling a heavy bass around is quite a workout.
