Matt Wengerd overhauls 104 Weeks

Matt Wengerd, one of my very first bass blogger contacts back in 2006, recently overhauled his blog, and it really looks great.  Matt’s blog is essential reading if you’re a bassist.  He’s got tons of great content for bassists of all specialties, but if you’re a jazzer then his blog will be of particular interest to you.  Check it out at http://mwengerd.blog.usf.edu.

Matt also caught today’s blog outage, which is  something that comes with the territory when you’re balancing reasonably high traffic with your own hosting.  I’ve got bandwidth to spare, so this should not be a frequent occurrence (otherwise I’m changing hosting companies!), but I’m likely to mess up a few things here and there as I get the new blog infrastructure tweaked the way I want it.
