Hawaii Contrabass Festival
Now here’s an event that I would love to attend! The Hawaii Contrabass Festival is an event sponsored by the Hawaii American String Teachers Association (HASTA with NSOA), and it will run from March 24-30, 2008 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Priority will be given to applicants from Hawaii, but all are welcome to apply. If you’re up for learning more about the double bass with an outstanding faculty lineup in the most beautiful place on Earth, definitely check out this festival!

Thanks, Fumiko! My wife and I may be moving to Honolulu in the next 1-2 years, so I’d love to check it out if I could get over there.
