Rockin’ the Brahms with the New World Symphony Bass Section


I just stumbled across this great video showing the current New World Symphony bass section playing an excerpt from the first movement of Brahms’ Symphony No. 1. Cool!

    This was possibly the worse recording of Brahms I’ve ever heard. Where’s the rest of the strings?! I shouldn’t even have to mention the lack of winds, brass, and percussion! I know the economy’s bad, but wow.
