The fabulous bassist Edgar Meyer will be in Chicago for an event-packed weekend of bass festivities later this month. If you’re in the greater Chicago area or can swing a trip up to the Windy City, this would be a great opportunity to check out one of the greatest bassists active today.

Bassist Kirsten Paige sent me the following details about these events. I’ll be at the concert on the 24th–if you make it to the event, be sure to say hi!
