I’ve had a tough time getting Contrabass Conversations episodes out recently due to my teaching job, gigs, etc. I’ve dialed down the amount of time I devote to blogging and podcasting considerably for the past 16 months or so (I’d have gone crazy otherwise), and this new ratio of blog to real life is likely the new reality for the foreseeable future.
What does that mean for the podcast? Rest assured–I have no plans to terminate it. There will be times, however (like the present), when I’ll be doing it less frequently. I’ve got several things in the hopper, actually (like the new media talk in which I participated at the 2009 ISB Convention), so when I get a moment to myself, you’ll be seeing these appear on the podcast.
In the meantime, I encourage readers and listeners to dig through the considerable podcast archives. These episodes keep their relevance even after several years, and there’s bound to be some good content you haven’t checked out previously.
