Fun with Google and the bass blog

I’m always entertained by the myriad random search terms that put by blog of the first page of Google results. Here are a few of the more interesting (search term rankings change on a daily basis, so I may have moved by the time you read this, but I’m probably still close to the top, so feel free to page through until you find the story I’m referencing:

car caught fire – #1

Northwestern University School of Music – #10 (I love this one.. check out the story that comes up)

double bass study – #3

double bass – #8 (pretty normal for the blog… lots of bass sites out there… of course, I’m #1 for double bass fire!)

road expense account – #1

mr lame – #3 (not what you think…)

timeout bass – #3 (my interview from TimeOut Chicago)

driving for dollars music – #2

Many other fun Google juice abounds on the blog (as well as a lot of boring bass/education-related), but that’s enough ego stroking for one day…

What I found interesting was that this particular article came up when you search “double bass”
