    My teacher has one of the actual vinyl koussevitzky recordings. A few years back he had it transferred to CD form and gave me a copy.
    Here’s some more info: the pianist was Pierre Luboshultz (http://www.soundfountain.org/rem/remlubnem.html)
    The order of the album my teacher has is
    Mov. 2 of the Concerto (part 1)
    Mov. 2 of the Concerto (concluded)
    Valse Minature
    Chanson Triste
    Gustav Laksa “Wiegenlied” op.28 No. 5
    Eccles Sonata: Largo (arr. by Koussevitzky)
    then another Eccles Sonata Largo (arr. by Koussevitzky)
    then another Chanson Triste.

    It’s kind of strange but awesome to listen to.
