My teacher has one of the actual vinyl koussevitzky recordings. A few years back he had it transferred to CD form and gave me a copy.
Here’s some more info: the pianist was Pierre Luboshultz (http://www.soundfountain.org/rem/remlubnem.html)
The order of the album my teacher has is
Mov. 2 of the Concerto (part 1)
Mov. 2 of the Concerto (concluded)
Valse Minature
Chanson Triste
Gustav Laksa “Wiegenlied” op.28 No. 5
Eccles Sonata: Largo (arr. by Koussevitzky)
then another Eccles Sonata Largo (arr. by Koussevitzky)
then another Chanson Triste.
It’s kind of strange but awesome to listen to.
