Part of my new job (more on that later–it’s at an absolutely outstanding high school program in suburban Chicago) involves, in addition to teaching orchestra, teaching the electronic music course. I am extremely pumped to get into this, and I’ve been spending a great deal of my free time delving into Logic, Ableton Live, and a variety of other applications.
I’ve also been doing a lot of listening and YouTube surfing and have, somewhat unsurprisingly, found a wealth of awesome and unfamiliar stuff (unfamiliar to me, at least). Get ready for some cool stuff!
