Elgin Symphony oboist Joe Claude sent me a link to this video featuring Pablo Casals rehearsing the Bach A minor Violin Concerto with the Prades Festival Orchestra.  I love listening to Casals sing as he demonstrates extended passages–listen to the way his amazing musical mind comes through in the way he sings, shapes, and describes these phrases.  Very cool.  The YouTube page details for this video are quite extensive and feature a lengthy list of related Bach videos.
