Karl Fenner performs B.B. Wolf at Music Academy of the West

Here’s a really fun video of double bassist Karl Fenner performing New York Philharmonic assistant principal bassist Jon Deak’s always entertaining B.B. Wolf at Santa Barbara’s Music Academy of the West in 2006. Anyone who hasn’t heard this piece before (and I’m sure you have if you’ve been reading the blog!) will get a kick out of it, and B.B. Wolf veterans will enjoy the differences between Karl’s interpretation and other versions of the blog.
