Salary/Benefits – Full-time,
52-week season, 9 (nine) and one-half weeks paid vacation, minimum scale during
the 2007-2008 season is $75,400, paid pension plan, LTD and medical, dental,
life and instrument insurance.

General Information – A
limited number of highly qualified applicants will be invited to this audition.
Repertoire will not be given over the phone. The Audition Committee of the ISO
reserves the right to dismiss immediately any candidate not meeting the highest

Salary: Rehearsal 150% of scale (currently $116.65) = $174.97; Base Salary:
Performance 150% of scale (currently $153.06) = $229.59

General Information – If the
winning candidate is a member of the LBSO, an alternate position may be offered
for the runner up. Each season, the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra has 15
performances which include classics, pops holiday, and educational concerts.
