Nate Farrington plays Edgar Meyer’s Amalgamations mvt 3

I know Nate from the IRIS Orchestra in Memphis, Tennessee. He’s a very talented bassist (Curtis grad) who used to sub in the group. Check out his rendition of this Edgar Meyer movement:

Whenever people tell me they don’t think of the double bass as a solo instrument, I can point them to this clip. Farrington playing Meyer kept me riveted, thank you for sharing this.
